Returns & Refunds

IF YOU RECEIVE A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM:

In the unlikely case that you receive a wrong or damaged item, don't worry: we will make it right. Please contact us with your order number and a short explanation of what went wrong.

Please note that we cannot replace any orders sent with non-tracked service that are lost in the post.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OTHER REASON:

Good news: we're happy to help with that, too! We offer no-questions-asked returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on most orders (excluding digital downloads). Your options are:

  1. Receive store credit for future shopping, in the value of the original purchase plus your return postage costs. We'll email your store credit as soon as we receive the return.
  2. Exchange the product for another of the same value (or cheaper) and receive store credit for your return postage costs, which you can use towards future orders. Just let us know what item you would like instead and we'll post it to you as soon as we receive your return. If your chosen replacement is cheaper than your original order, we'll be happy to add the difference to your store credit or refund it to your original payment method.
  3. Request a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method. We'll initiate a full refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive your return. Unfortunately we won't be able to cover return shipping costs in these instances.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED:

Please note that we can only refund or exchange goods that are returned in perfect condition (i.e. unused, unworn, with tags, free of animal hairs, marks or rips, perfume smells, etc.) and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of digital downloads, sale items or gift cards.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear, socks, swimwear, or custom products (such as personalised items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  • Get started by contacting us! Please include your order number and let us know which of the above options you prefer.
  • Once you've done so, please send your return item(s) to the address below. We recommend using a tracked or registered service so that the item can be located if it gets lost along the way. Please keep your receipt and tracking information! Unfortunately we will not be able to refund an item if we do not receive it.
